This was only my 2nd time interacting with Brooke. In short, she’s great! She returned my repaired aid and adjusted the levels to match my current loss. She informed me of the additional warranty coverage for the repaired aid and asked if I had any questions. Brooke is very professional, efficient, on time, and personable. Definitely recommend setting up an appointment with her if you are considering hearing aids or have aids and need adjustments or service on your aids.

Brook was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. She replaced the filters and rubber ear pieces on my hearing aids and showed me how to program using Phonak app.

Brooke did a great job on my hearing aids, updated my software and raised the volume for me, I' m hearing much better now!
